Service
Setupp connects talent with companies through profiles, listings, applications, matches, and related tools.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and only use the service for lawful marketplace activity. You must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account.
User Content
You remain responsible for profiles, listings, messages, files, and application content you submit. You grant Setupp the rights needed to host, display, and process that content for the service.
Prohibited Use
Do not post illegal, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, spammy, or abusive content. Do not scrape, attack, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
Payments
Paid plans and billing are handled through Stripe. Subscription prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation options, and taxes should be shown before payment. Unless cancelled, paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel billing from the billing portal. Sandbox plans used for testing do not create live charges.
Disclaimers
Setupp does not guarantee that users will receive job offers, applications, hires, revenue, or uninterrupted service. Marketplace participants are responsible for their own hiring and contracting decisions.
Governing Law
These Terms should specify the applicable law and courts, for example Slovak law and Slovak courts.
